I base my Coaching on the principle that each of us is created by God to be fully alive and filled with the joy of God - free to live deeply and richly - free to be all that we were created to be!
Coaching is a partnership between two people who covenant with one another to work together to make transformational changes in the client's life. You, the client, are in control - you set the agenda, you decide what your goals are and you are responsible to make the changes you seek for your life.
A coach believes in your ability to reach your goals and make the changes you want to make. A coach asks powerful questions, holds you accountable and encourages you on your journey to your fully alive life.
As your coach, I know that you have the strength and gifts to live a full and joyfilled life. I want to help you get there!

CONFLICT COACHING: Conflict is a normal part of life. All our relationships will experience conflict from time to time. This is true in families, in churches, at work, with friends. How we handle the conflict - and how we handle ourselves in the midst of conflict - can make all the differences. I can help individuals and groups work through conflict so that reconciliation, transformation and growth may be possible.
